NT Thunder is delighted to welcome back a familiar face with Shaun Wilson signing to play for the Club in the 2018 NEAFL season.

A member of the 2010 NT Thunder team who played 10 games and kicked seven goals, 26-year-old Wilson’s commitment has come off the back of a consistent season with Nightcliff in the NTFL.

He also previously played for Wanderers and Darwin Buffaloes, bringing his NTFL tally to 109 Premier League games to date.

NT Thunder Head Coach Andrew Hodges described Wilson as an experienced utility who will add depth and experience to this year’s squad.

“Shaun is a versatile player who will be able to fulfil a number of roles for us in the midfield and backline.

“He also has VFL experience, is familiar with how the program works and has shown great commitment, which is why we’re excited to have him back at the Club,” he said.
