Melville was recruited from the Nightcliff Football Club in the NTFL, where he was a vital member of the 2018/19 NTFL premiership side, kicking 56 goals for the season. Originally from the Tea Tree Gully Football Club in the Adelaide Football League, the hard working key forward can kick multiple goals in a game.
