NT Thunder is delighted to sign a new face to the list with Kaine Riley putting pen to paper for the Club for the 2018 NEAFL season.

The 24-year-old is in his fourth season with Nightcliff in the NTFL and is in great form after overcoming injury before Christmas.

Riley has played 42 Premier League games with the Tigers after moving to Darwin from Western Australia where he played for the Narrogin Hawks in the Upper Great Southern Football League.

NT Thunder Head Coach Andrew Hodges described Riley as a reliable defender who can also play on tall or small opposition.

“Kaine is a no-nonsense tight defender; he uses the ball well when he’s got it.

“He will bring extra depth to our defensive unit, and we look forward to having him as part of the Club,” he said.
