Erlandson puts pen to paper

NT Thunder is excited to announce the signing of Jarred Erlandson to the Club.

Originally from Alice Springs, Erlandson played junior rep footy for the NT taking out the McAdam medal for Best and Fairest in the National Under 16 Championships as a junior.

In 2009 he was awarded best on ground in the AFL Central Australia Grand Final while playing for Pioneers in the senior division.

The 24-year-old is also a dual premiership player for the Wanderers Football Club in the NTFL, having played 130 Premier League games for the Eagles after relocating to Darwin.

Erlandson played five games with NT Thunder in 2010 as a 17-year-old.

NT Thunder Head Coach Andrew Hodges said, “I’m very happy to have someone of Jarred’s experience and leadership qualities sign on and it’s great to have him back at NT Thunder”.

“He is a no-nonsense, hard working inside mid who will be a welcome addition to our midfield group.”
